By using a special anti-cellulite oil or body lotion, knead the hips and buttocks by squeezing and lifting the flesh with one hand and then the other. Work all over these areas wherever you can pick up enough flesh.
Use firm movements to squeeze and lift the flesh on the thighs. You may apply more oil if necessary and stroke smoothly from above the knee to the top of the thigh and from the back of the knee to the buttocks.
Also, wrap both hands around the leg just above the knee and pull the flesh up toward the top of the thigh. Repeat on the other leg
