Cutting Carbs
Completely cutting carbohydrates out of your body works, but it may cause a deficiency. As you know, your body uses carbohydrates break down the disaccaride sucrose into the monosaccaride glucose, which is easy to do for carbohydrates. When you cut carbs out, your body has to get carbs from other sources, which takes more energy. It also takes the glucose from the fats in your body, causing you to lose weight.
