As well as the great advice above, you might want to try and make sure that you take in enough water during the day. (I think the amount is eight 8-ounze glasses of water a day. Please, anyone, correct me if I am wrong) I find that if I do not drink enough water I will really notice it in my skin. It keeps the acne down to a manageable level no matter what is going on. Also take a look at how much sleep you are getting. Has the amount of time you sleep at night changed? I find that this also affects my skin quality. I know in North America they say that most adults are sleep deprived. I think that you are supposed to get 8 hours of sleep a night. This is very hard for me, but when I do, it has a great benefit for skin and attitude.

I have found that, as I am aging, these two habits really make a difference.
