Thanks dear,I agree with you very much that our eating habits affect widely our skin .Once I had a diet-very balanced diet-By the way I have good skin and I don't complain acne_Thnks God !

_but really through my diet I noticed that my skin color improved and it looked more healthy and bright as I used to
1-Drink More Water and
2-Eat More Vegetables and Fruits 3-Eat regularly my three meals,at least 5 hours between a meal and another
