Horseriding about 4-5 times a week (+ doing all the other things you have to do like mucking out, groom the horse and so on), bellydance lessons once a week + some training at home, aerobic, yoga, core and so on at the gym about two times a week (haven't been there for some time though due to knee injure), walking (sometimes more than two hours a day if I have nothing else to do, I've got a restless personality so I always have to do something, then walking is great).
I think I eat fairly healthy but of course it could be better.

I try not to eat much bread and other things with lots of carbohydrates, especially sugary ones. And I don't drink much soda. lots of people I know probably drink more coke each day than I do each month.
