Step #2 is totally bang on.
Steps #1, #3 I would add: Just be careful not to put
too much product under the eye area as this will enhance any type of puffiness and fine lines that you may have.
The trick to undereye concealing is to balance the reduction of dark colour, puffiness and fine lines.
