howdy
Well, my eye colour is really weird, the outline is dark blue, then it goes into light blue then kinda turqious then it goes yellow. because i have all these colours im not sure what colour eyeliner i should wear i use brown that brings them out lovely, blue does too but black looks kinda harsh. my friends cant tell me what brings them out more, god knows why lol so i wondering if anyone else has the same colour eyes and could tell me what one would work best? also, would getting a tan bring them out more?
