The best thing to stop biting are
No Bite products. But you can also try
nail growth activator, or
nail strengthener cream. Those all get your nails growing quickly and nicely before you get a chance to start biting them again. The hardest part is just keeping it up. Once your nails are looking good keep using the cream to keep them from breaking.
