Good point about the sunscreen, EricaCD. My dermatologist mentioned that putting sunscreen on the back of the hands regularly can help prevent age spots.

I started using a hand cream called Glysomed. I usually use Aveeno and Cetaphil, but this stuff is so awesome. It's light-weight and fragrance-free, and very moisturizing. I highly recommend it.
