the make up lady that did my make up for my wedding gave me this advice for puffy eyes....
the area under the eyes tend to retain water....so to help reduce puffiness, gently squeeze the area under the eye to the tear duct for the fluid to drain.
i've been doing it ever since, especially in the morning...and it works
