Blackheads

I have more blackheads than a monkey has fur, and I need a good way to make them less visable, or get rid of them, by tomorrow...Help?

I think you should go for skin peeling. Also try scrubbing and taking steam.

Please do not scrub your face, your best bet at this point in a Clay Mask that is what is normally used to remove blackheads. This is something you have to keep up with at least once a week. No guarantees it well remove all my tomorrow.

Watch out for steaming if you have sensitive skin, I tried it once and my face was red in places. Permanently! I've heard products containing AHA's (Alpha Hydroxy Acids) work wonders, but please, do your research beforehand and take your skin type into consideration.

There r some techniques to remove them....

Use an oatmeal or almond mask throughly to cleanse your face. Mix either oatmeal or almond powder with enough rose water to make a soft paste that spreads easily on the skin. Rub it on your skin with your fingertips, paying special attention the problem areas. Leave to dry for about 15 minutes and then rinse off with cold water.

OR

Apply undiluted lemon juice, two to three times a day, on the affected areas.

OR

A solution made out of one and a half cups of hot water and half a tablespoon of boric powder is an ideal concoction for blackheads, Saturate a face napkin in this hot solution and press on to the skin, repeat twice. Extract blackheads carefully with a blackhead remover and sterilized cottonwool. Pat on an astrigent.

Agreed....

Scrubbing only to get rid of blackheads is not goin to work that nicely as compared to scrub followed by clay mask technique...

* All u have to do is to steam ur face. Or simply put a hot over ur face to open pores.
* Then use a good quality scrub, a homemade one or the one u can purchase from a cosmetic shop. Now massage ur face. The granules in scrub will loosen the blackeads.
* Now put the right clay mask on ur face.

Squeaky clean face.....

Im sure this'll be a late reply but next time u really wanna get rid of it quickly, the most effective ways is to go to a salon n gat a facial....the facial lady will extract the blackhead and the whitehead also......n your face will be very clean.......
