I'm not too sure about long-term solutions, but for a quick fix, use a yellow colour corrector as it balances out the colour of your skin (if i'm thinking of the right thing)

Yes Rose is right, use a yellow based concealer and blend well, apply you regular make up.

Any lightening cream will help minimize/disappear freckles and sunspots. It usually will make them go away after a few weeks. It helps for acne scars too! My favs are Proactiv Lightening Cream and Estee Lauder's Advanced Night Repair!
