Great advice, Cutiepie!

I use honey in my treatment room for one of my hydrating masks. I chop oats very finely, and mix in honey and a little warm water until I have a stickey paste. I place moist cotton pads on the eyes and cover the face with gauze and use my hand to place the honey/oat mixture on the skin avoiding the nose, eye and mouth area. I let it sit for at least 15-20 minutes.

I lift the mixture off by grabbing the gauze and I hold a towel near the hairline where I'm working and gently run this "ball" of goodness gently on the skin. Once I'm through I use a warm towel to wipe up the syrup and voila, the skin is just glowing!

Holz - I also like mixing it with salts for a body scrub!
