Here is what i do to take care of my skin -
1. Sleep early (best before 11pm) and eat more vegetables and fruits. 2. Avoid heavy make up 3. Its almost impossible for girls not to put make up when we go out, however, I use natural foundation base cream only. The brand i'm using is call In'Cense beauty, their product is all natural and i've been use their cream for 2 years, reasonable price and smoothy. If you wanna give it a try, you can go to itryonline.com to get a free sample. 4. Use masks at least once a week, don't use too much, 3 times a week is too much for your skin.
