L-Glutathione as Whitening Pills

I started taking Meta-Tathione pills (made in Japan) for 2 weeks now. Sources says that this product gaurantees skin whitening with continuous use for 1-2 months. I'm asian and my skin color is typically "morena" or (tan/light brown color). I want to achieve that rosy white skin. Dose anybody had tried this? Does it work for you?

I have heard of them but never used for that, I will look into it, but in the mean time Lynnlee should be around later and she might be better to answer this question.
