Well lemon juice has a subtle bleaching effect, so that may be the reason for the discoloration. I once put hydrogen peroxide on a pimple in hopes that it would dry it out and get rid of the redness, but all it did was change to a strange pinkish color.
I wouldn't worry about the change in color. It'll fade and go back to normal soon enough.
There's an all natural product called Bindi, which has a drying lotion for pimples. It's to be used at night, like many other ance spot treatments. I've used it in the past and it worked well for me. I actually preferred it over Retin A. It's fairly inexpensive and has beneficial ingredients. But of course, everybody's skin reacts differently. Consulting with a dermatologist before using a new product would be best, especially if you're skin is sensitive and prone to breakouts.
Judi or Vogueboy may know of a good concealer to cover it up until it heals.
