What is the difference between alcohol and dehydrated alcohol.......and other types of it.....

I think you mean "denatured" alcohol, which means it's used as a persevative in certain ingredients and when it's exposed to the air, it evaporates immediately so it doesn't affect the skin.
Rubbing alcohol or 99% is used to cool the skin, reduce swelling of bruises and is used to prevent bed sores by hardening the skin on bed-ridden patients. It's also a key product/ingredient in waterproof make-ups.
