When i get in from school my feet really ache does anyone know what i can do to help the pain.

After you return from school, fill a basin with warm water. Add in a scoop of bath salts, kosher salt or epsom salts and a few drops on your favorite bath oil or essential oil. Soak your feet for around 10 minutes.

also make sure you are wearing proper footwear as sometimes improper footwear can be the cause of foot-ache.

Besides this,
maintain a healthy weight. eat a nutritious diet. check if you are deficient of any vitamin or mineral, and in case you are, take proper supplements. Also, you may try the following de-stress soak after a long day to soothe your aching feet and relax your mind: Add 2 tbsp baking soda and 5 drops of lavender oil to a basin of warm water. Then soak for 15-20 mins. ![]()

Also I hear rolling something (cylinder) under your feet, like a water bottle, toughens them up and messages them so your feet won't hurt as much.

lotions that contain peppermint oil that are made for tired feet and legs are also very soothing.
