hello peeps, as you prolly noticed, ive been on alot more recently, thats because ive had alot more time on my hands
anyway to let you all know im fine, and i was wondering if any of you knew any honey recipes for myface/body? thanks ![]()

apply honey direct to the skin, leave for 5-10 minutes and wash off thouroughly. this gives soft, glowing skin

this is not for the face more so for you body when you have a cold or flu.
boil some hot water, put into a cup a teaspoon or so of honey and 1/4 of lemon. let both steep sip and use should have a better rest that night as well as feeling better in the morning.

You can add honey to your favorite conditioner and use it as a deep conditioning treatment. I don't measure (I just eyeball it, LOL), but I probably use about 1 part honey to 3 parts conditioner, and leave it on anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes, depending on how much spare time you have and how much treatment your hair needs.
