apply honey direct to the skin, leave for 5-10 minutes and wash off thouroughly. this gives soft, glowing skin

this is not for the face more so for you body when you have a cold or flu.
boil some hot water, put into a cup a teaspoon or so of honey and 1/4 of lemon. let both steep sip and use should have a better rest that night as well as feeling better in the morning.

You can add honey to your favorite conditioner and use it as a deep conditioning treatment. I don't measure (I just eyeball it, LOL), but I probably use about 1 part honey to 3 parts conditioner, and leave it on anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes, depending on how much spare time you have and how much treatment your hair needs.

Honey, Oatmeal and milk mixed together on your skin for about 7 mins is great!
