REALLY dry hands..

For my dry hands I use GLYSOMED hand cream,
you can get it in Shoppers Drug Mart, Wal-Mart
or another stores. 150 ml ( 5fl.oz.) cost about $ 7 CAD.
It really works.

Don't use harsh soap on your hands and wear gloves if you are cleaning or washing dishes. Use a good hand cream and drink plenty of water. If your hands are itchy, you can use a little hydrocortisone cream too.

Try using olive oil as your hand lotion.

Also, try to use hand sanitizers instead of alcohol as the latter dries your skin.

As for hand lotions, try Jergens, Nivea and Marks and Spencers
