Hi, I've been hearing a lot about vitamin E and its great uses, but I'm so confused... should I use oil or cream? Which one is better for the skin?

I use the Jamison Oil caps. Break one open it does your entire face and eye area. I notice faster almost overnight results opposed to the creams.
I do this once a week.

I use the oil. It is a good moisturiser and plus it helps your skin to glow!

i use... actually, i don't know what it is exactly. just the actual 100% vit E capsules that you buy at the vitamin store to use as supplements. i just stick a needle in it and cover scars with it to prevent scarring and promote fading

you can actually get Vitamin E from GNC in liquid form. It comes with a little dropper so that you can apply it directly without having to pop the little capsule (which I did for a while)

Can you do it too much? I know it's super moisturizing, but it shouldn't clog pores right? I use it as an overnight treatment, but I don't know if there's a point at which I should stop.

I use it overnight and have never had a problem with it clogging my pores.
Mainly its such a light oil and absorbs into your skin fairly quickly.
If worried about this just do once a week.
