Homemade facials are very important for us if u want a healthier, younger and smoother skin (i know everyone wants it). Completely natural and good upon skin. Itīs a must do at least once a week. Plus itīs very easy and economical .
You can find tons and tons of different recipes around internet. Basically, the ingredients that should be included in facials (good and easy to be found) are : -Tomato (Good for relief of dry or wrinkled skin) -Oatmeal (Mix it with cream, itīs excellent for the removal of dead skin cells) -Lemons ; alot of vitamin C -Honey (My fave one, as moisture) -Egg white; (I use this alot for firming the skin) -Adding a bit of Aloe Vera, milk, oils, cucumber, cream or fruit acids are very useful . Herbs are good too such as rose-petals,strawberry, jasmine, chamomile, lime, raspberry leaves, black-currant etc etc. --------------------- Some examples of facials that u can do: 1. Cucumber Facial Scrub: Blend 1 tsp honey with ž medium peeled cucumber. Mix the ingredients in a blender until smooth and add a small amount of water if needed. Strain the mixture and remove the vegetable and honey mixture into a small bowl. Add the following mixed meals to the liquid: 1 teaspoon almond meal, 1 teaspoon ground oatmeal, 1 teaspoon sunflower seed meal, 1 teaspoon wheat germ. 2.Honey Lemon facial mask for moisture dry skin Materials: Honey ,Lemon, Vegetable Oil Procedure: Extract the lemon juice in a piece of container. Then add honey and vegetable oil. Apply on the face and leave this mask for about 10 minutes and wash face with lukewarm water. Tomato-Honey Procedure: Mix the tomato juice with honey until it appears sticky. Apply the mixture of tomato juice and honey on the face and neck. Wash it after 15 minutes. 3.Oily Skin Controlling Cream You will need: Oatmeal Egg white Procedure: Mix the egg white with oatmeal enough to create a creamy paste. Mix thoroughly and apply to face and neck liberally. Leave the mixture for 20 minutes and wash with clean water. Do this as often as needed. etc. I love this website by the way, itīs all about beauty recipes etc CLICK HERE ------ Okiz. This is my first post, hope u like it. I register here long ago but never got time to come and post something because of school work, BUT now iīm here ![]() |
