Help with large pores

Im 14 and i have large pores pretty much all over my face, but my chin, nose right above my upper lip and forehead have what looks like brownish blackish dots in my pores. My question is what products, or recipes can i use to make this disappear and my pores appear invisible.

Pimples: It is a bit unrealistic to expect any product to clear up your pimples 'fast' - it can take weeks before you notice any difference.
Redness: Is the redness related to the pimples - or seperate?

cleanse ur face regulalry ..ppl having oily skin usually come across this prob of large pores..u r quite young to have facials and all..every morning and nite cleanse,tone and moisturize ur face..the more clean ur skin is the less u will get skin probs..to make ur pores look small or shrink apply rose water mixed with lemon juice..it can be used instead of a toner..and i am not sure if these r freckles u r talking abt cuz u said they r in side ur pores :S they cud be black heads ..the dirst that get inside the pores ..for that once in a week very gently exfolitae ur skin..plz dont do exfolitaion every day just once in a week is enuff at ur age..mix olive oil sugar honey and salt and scrub ur face with this mixture ..veryyyyyyy gently ..and then wash ur face and dry it...plus u can do that steam thing but dont do it urself ..go to some parlour for that.. i hope these things i have mentioned will help u
