i tried it and it helped a lot.. mixture of potash alum, rose water ..it really helped ..and i have heard a lot abt teatree oil..but i havent tried it mysself..lol i just saw that u have posted 4 5 threads u cud have rote all in one any ways just make sure u eat good ..and drink lots of water ..nothing will work unless and until u r healthy and remeber beauty come from with in not just by applying different products..so eat well..u 'll get beauti ful skinn

tea tree oil works good..it dries up your pimples really fast, but the smell is really bad so make sure you only dab the places where you have pimples with a q-tip. Dont use too much, just enough to help it dry up!

If you only have a few, try dabbing raw natural honey on the zits and putting small bandaids on them overnight. They should clear up pretty fast! I do this alot and it works wonderfully =)

I use Origins charcoal mask. Dab on the spot where you have the bumps and leave it overnight. Rinse it the next day. Applying Charcoal mask regularly is also good for oily skin as it can draw impurities really well. You may want to consider taking Vit E and mineral zinc as they can prevent scarring. For the long term effect of getting rid of pimples forever, i just found this recepie. I have never heard of i before but it was recomended on this website:

Take 30-40 Neem leaves and boil in one litre of water until the liquid turns to half.
Drink three-four tablespoons of this syrup daily.
