I fully realized the potential of excercise for good skin after I gave birth to my daughter. I strained really hard and a lot of blood went into my face. My skin had literally never looked better after THAT ordeal!
Since you can't have a baby every day, obviously, excercise is the best thing for delivering that same kind of blood rush to the skin. It works for me! |

Exercising regularly is so important for your health and for your skin too. It brings more oxygen and nutrients to the skin so that it is firmer and better nourished. Plus, exercise also slows down aging. So move more, be younger, look better!
