hey every1
recently my eyes have become really dry. I wear lenses but ive ben wearing them 4 ages an di havent had a problem b4. Ive tried numerous eye dorps but nuthing really helps. Ive also tried using rose water but that just helps if my eyes are red or if i have irritation in them. Is thr anything homemade that i cud use to help me out? ![]() |

Number one just don't use anything you will ruin you contacts. How old are your contacts, and did you op not give you anything for when these problems arise. I would first call you optometrist and talk to them about whats happening before you start putting anything else in your eyes that make damage your contacts or your eye.

Well when i went to my optician to get my routine eye examination, she said that my eyes were quite dry and should try moisturizing drops. I get the monthly lenses which suite me best. I wasn't going to put anything into my eyes when im wearing my lenses but was wondering if there was anything i could use after i take my lenses out

Have you tried a product called Artificial Tears, it work very well.

You should also make sure that you are blinking often enough as this is what naturally moistens your eyes. You can get very dry eyes if you stare at something unblinkingly, especially be aware of this when watching tv or on the computer as you can do it without realizing. Also, if you are on the computer for a long amount of time, it can be good to look away every 10mins or so at something in the distance...
