For making hands softer, put them in whole milk for five to ten minutes before beginning your manicure.

I have been using ayurvedic spice body scrub to get rid of dead skin from my body. This body scrub is a rich combination of clove, cinnamon and neem. It cleanses and rejuvenate the skin and acts as a good antiseptic. I am amazed with its results. If you also want to remove the dead unwanted skin, then this body scrub is a good option. Try this....it is a pure organic scrub with no side-effects at all.

I've also read that you can use coffee grounds for a body scrub.
I guess I'll have to try that, considering how much coffee I drink! LOL

I have a sensitive skin, so I use a simple home made body scrub which contain sea salt and almond oil. After scrubbing I use the Himani Boroplus Body Lotion all over my body which keeps it moisturized throughout the day.
