I have been using ayurvedic spice body scrub to get rid of dead skin from my body. This body scrub is a rich combination of clove, cinnamon and neem. I've also read that you can use coffee grounds for a body scrub.
I guess I'll have to try that, considering how much coffee I drink! LOL

I have a sensitive skin, so I use a simple home made body scrub which contain sea salt and almond oil. After scrubbing I use the Himani Boroplus Body Lotion all over my body which keeps it moisturized throughout the day.
