Default Vitamin C for skin

Does anyone know that how vitamin C is important for our skin and how it works? I am hearing about it too much these days and also vitamin C is being found in many skin care products too

Vitamin C gives antioxidant protection, lessening of fine lines and wrinkles and overall increased health of the skin.It also appears that Vitamin C supports cell regeneration and protects the skin from the harmful effects of UVA and UVB. Well, tts wat i heard.

Actually vitamin C helps in the formation of collagen (collagen is the principal protein of the skin). Thats why many people report that their skin's texture seems to be improving after taking sufficient vitamin C.

I found out from some source (I forget now where it was...sorry ) That you have to be very careful about the products you get that have vitamin c in them. The reason is is that it's extremely unstable, and sometimes rendered ineffective in many formulations.

I'm sure that there are great Vit. C products out there though, I guess you just have to do a little digging to find a good one.

Default Vitamin C product

Vitamin C is crucial to skin rejuvenation. If you don't eat a lot of fruit and veggies, you should definitely take a vitamin supplement to get your allotted amount of Vit.C for the day. In addition, topical vitiman C really does improves your skin's ability to fight fine lines and repair it'self. I'm a really big fan of the "High PotenCy" Serum by Cellex-C. I've had really good results using it.

Hy all
Every skin needs some vitamins...and every Vitamin has got it's sepacality...per se
1.Vitamin C= helps to..maintain glow..in your face...by giving you a fine texture...and maintaning to ward off the skin diseases..and..other..skin problems.
2.Vitamin E = Helps to kill the defining wrinkles on your face..thus paving a way to form a good..and healthy appearence..and improving internally the immune power.Immunity is nothing but....For ex.If you get a scratch on your hand... the hurt will be...healed soon..So to get healed... we require maximum immune power...so Consuming...Vitamin E...Will ..be helpful to the whole body, skin, and hair.
3.Vitamin A =.Helps to maintain a good . shiny, and healthy hair.
Every perosn... shud take good food..which contains...good vitamins..Until unless one doesnt take care internally,,it is sheer waste to take care externally....As..The original beauty reveals..only when you take care internally.
Many poeple... think that by skipping food.. they'll slim and healthy..BUT it's truly wrong. There is a saying.....
EAT BREAKFAST LIKE A KING
LUNCH LIKE A QUEEN
DINNER LIKE A PAUPER.

The intake of ur food should be perfect..and adequate.....Then only you can be perfectly healthy...
My motto is..Eat good and sufficient food and do excersie at your best level to stay fit.Have a good day .

Actually I heard that Vitamin E can actually cause heart failure. But Vitamin E in a body wash or lotion is really good for the skin. But to keep your bones strong you want a lot of calicum too, so either drink a lot of milk, which is anitaging, or take a Tums.
