Cool Facial scrubs/masks

Just a quick question about how important they are. Is one better than the other??

I am currently having a trawl through the body shop webby and was wondering if I should be using either one or the other (or both).

My skin is relatively clear, but I do have spots.

Thankies!!!

Scrubs and Masks are both great, I for one do both. When I find my skin is a little dry or flaky I use the Scrubs, I also new a mask at least once a month and I find it very relaxing.
I know they now have masks that do both exfollianation and cleanse your pores and moisturize all in one. It will come down to how much time you have to do one or the other or both.

I've been using Merle Norman's Luxiva Clarifying Clay Mask. It has kaolin clay, which is great for oily skin.

You can see it here on their website (click on the link and scroll down a bit):

Merle Norman Skin Care

But I don't think you can order from the website, I think you have to find a store. There's a "Studio Locator" feature on their website.

I have been using one clay mask that does wonders.

http://julieroseorganics.mionegroup.com

I am selling it and using it. It is an organic product. I'm also doing research in school regarding preservatives and synthetic chemicals in body/skin care products. Here's a site that has some general information:
