heyy i have a question about crest whitestrips i can always get the upper strip to stay on my teeth but the bottom usually slips is there anything i can do to make it stay in place??? thanks!

My cousin uses it. The consultant who introduced it to her said to wear the upper ones and lower ones seperately so that it will stay on better. So use the upper ones first till all are strips are finish, then use the lower ones. I thought it sounded weird, but it worked for her. Her teeth was white for about six months after using it up.
