I have been using the soothing skin care line called miessence. It's organic and it has resolved my flare-ups of eczema. It's really been a wonderful thing to use.

Jojoba oil is THE best for face and hair, as it is the closest thing to our own natural sebum. It absorbs much more quickly than other oils and therefore makes a great facial moisturizer.
People also overlook grapeseed (light), emu (medium) and avocado (medium). These are also wonderful for face and hair . They are a bit less expensive than jojoba also. But it only takes 2-6 drops, depending on how dry your skin is. By the way, when I say hair, please apply (1-2 drops per half of hair ends) to damp hair ends. This helps seal in the moisture. Oils make a wonderful moisturizer to use before applying MMU. Just give your skin 5-10 minutes for the oils to absorb before starting your MMU. ![]() |
