My mum has some capsules which I sometimes open up and use on my lips and nails (very, very good for them)
she doesn't know, though.

Yeah, there is vitamin E oil in the capsules too. There are great to use too.

I use the Jamison Vit E caps for the skin you can find at your local drug or health store.
