i take this medicine which is Vitamin E

and theyre actually the Vitamin E gels, it says it on the cover..

sooo...

u know some proboems can be solved with vitamin E gel or oil, shall i use my medicine? lolzz

I use Jamison vitamin E facial caps. You just break of the end and whola your ready to moisturize. I find some of the Vit E Vitamin taken for internal use are a heavy oil therefore sticky and hard to blend into your skin.

yes, i tried to use vit. e on my face once, and it was very sticky- but this is probably because i used the oil from a capsule, as judi said.

ive got dark circles and fine lines under my eyes, and i heard that Vitamin E oil or gel can help them to get better

Well, i use vitamin E oil. I use it on my underarms though. I have dark underarms and once when i went to get my underarms waxed the salon lady told me to use vitamin E oil to help reduce the darkness. It has helped. It has also made my skin soft. I was really impressed so i bought another bottle for my face. I use it once every few days at night. I just apply it and leave it over night. When i wake up my face seems to be more radient. Even my mum uses it for her fine lines. She is 49 but people think she's in her late 30's! So i really do reccomend it!

Lol, it also helps reduce scars on your face. It is a great moisturiser and keeps your skins elasticaty as long as you do it regularly.

where do you find bottles of vitamin E oil?

At a health food shop. Vitamin E oil can be taken orally too as a part of your daily intake of vitamin E.
