Default blonde hair dye on arms?

i have dark arm hair that i just cant stand! (oh how i love being italian! haha) I tried bleaching the hair, but it bleaches my skin, i tried waxing and shaving, and i get ugly stubble. So the only thing i thought of was maybe buying a box of blonde hair dye and applying it to my arm to lighten it? would this be a good idea?

ps. im not interested in laser or electrolysis

thanks in advance! =)

I should think that hair dyes containing strong levels of peroxide would irritate your skin- and probably bleach it like the beach you tried before. I think there was a thread similar to this ages ago, I'll have a look for you

Hair dye such as you'd use on your head would be too strong.
Several manufacturers make hair lightening creams or hair removal creams for the face or body. I'd look for those type of products.

Yes Jonele has a bleaching kit for dark body hair and so do several others that would be you best bet, But no hair dyes.

i have used Jolene before, and i love how it lightens my hair. i just wish it didnt bleach my skin!! otherwise it would have been amazing

i dont want to get the hair removed either, and i just wish there was a way to lighten my arm hair without my skin being affected

I have used body bleach on my arms and yes I also found that it bleached my skin as well but the lightening of my skin seemed to fade. More alarming is the fact that a professional cosmetician just told me that bleach is like hair fertilizer and over time and repeated use you'll likely find that your arm hair actually gets LONGER!!! Don't mean to scare you, but that's just what I've heard and for myself found somewhat true.
