pull the bottom lid of your eye down so u can see the sort of rim, and apply the eyeliner there. your eyes may water a bit but it takes practice. NEVER PUT THE EYELINER I THE EYE! and brown eyeliner works best with brown eyes, whilst black eyeliner works best with any other colour. good luck!
