Acne and it's causes...

I found below articles about Acne and the reasons for getting pimples which I think can help treat them. I wanted to summrize what's in both articles and type one that's easy and quick to read but I've got loads of other stuff to do...so I'm posting the links...

Take some time and read both articles in full. I think it helps to a certain extent to treat Acne when you understand the reason for getting them...

Ooh, i read the first one, and skimmed read the seond one but they are great sites! They diffinatley are going to help some people come to terms with pimples.
