Default talc powder and acne

For those who have acne on their back and the front of their chest as well as their face, i wud reccomend using talcum powder on your back and chest after you shower, I've been doing this 4 a while and my back and chest hardly have any acne on them now, so i'd give it a try. ( wonder if i cud use talc on my face though)

To answer part of your question. In making Mineral Make-up, Talc is one of the items that is NOT included in the making. It does not allow your skin to 'breathe'. So while it might be ok for your back, I, myself don't think I'd use it on my face.

Yeah, it may make your pores clogged not letting them breathe meaning new spots erupt on your face. Also, talcum powder would make you skin extremely dry.

The talc is probably absorbing excess oil on your back.
For your face you could use an oil-control face powder, like Neutrogena Healthy Skin.

One thing I would like to mention here is the minjority of pressed powers have talc powder in them so we do tend to use them on are face. There are several sprays that act like a tone on your face and even out the Ph balance that you may have more sucess with. the one I like is La Roche posay.
Also mineral makeup is made with Mica.
