Talking Ordering skin care products over the net !

Hello.

Where I live Clinique's products are much more expensive than the ones listed on Clinique's american site. So I was looking at an alternative. I found this site: http://www.strawberrynet.com. Has anybody ordered skin care products over the internet or this site in specific ? Your opinions would be very appreciated.

Thanks.

I've seen Strwberry.net before, but don't know anyone who has used it, so I can't give any testimony there. I believe they are a wholesale source rather than an authorized dealer of any brand, as their website says :

"Our products are sourced from around the world, so a small number of the products sold on our website may look slightly different from what you have at home, but the products are still 100% genuine and produced by the original manufacturer for that particular brand. For example, a product sold in the US may differ in appearance from the same product sold in France or Japan, but the product is still genuine."

Oh, the difference between Clinique's liquid facial soap and their traditional facial soap is that the liquid is actually a liquid in a pump dispenser and the traditional is a solid bar soap.

Hope this helps!

Question Same effect ?

Hello.

So, both soaps would have the same effect, right ? The traditional wouldn't be harsher, correct ?

Thanks.

I don't think the traditional soap would be harsher, as long as it's the same formula (such as for dry skin). I have used Clinique's bar soap in the past and didn't have any problem with it, but haven't used the liquid to be able to compare.

Are you anywhere near a store that sells Clinique? You could always go into the store and see the products in real life, then order what you like over the internet.

Hello Kate,

I think you can go ahead and buy from strawberrynet, I wouldn't worry too much about the trust issue too much, you will probably get what you need. The only problem can arise with the whole shipping process, just make sure you know its the exact thing that you want before ordering, cause its a hassel to ship it back and all that. So aslong as your sure its the exact thing you want, you'l be fine.

Lightbulb Clinique's 3 step !

Hello.
Thank you blackbird and kathy for your replies, they were very helpful. But I'm having trouble understand Clinique's 3 step skin care system. First you clean, then exfoliate and then moisturize. But I don't know whether I should moisturize with the moisturizer they suggest in order to follow the 3 steps

or with another moisturizer Clinique sells

.

I'm still a teenager, so which one would be suitable ? Thanks.

To Blackbird: the store that sells Clinique's skin care products doesn't have, for instance, the liquid facial soap. That's why I mentioned strawberrynet.com.
