Got this from a website.
skin tonic:- mixing 3 teaspoons of borax powder, 2 tablespoons of glycerine and 2 cups of rose water. Apply on neck
Or
Mix equal parts of lanolin and butter. Beat them thoroughly in double saucepan over boiling water. Rub this cream over your neck in upward motions. Leave on overnight and wash it in the morning. Hope this helps

i believe dark neck happens to be the cause of not wearing sunscreen and going out in the sun. what you do is scrub your neck regularly and apply high SPF sunscreen whenever you go out in the day. note: if you are out in the sun, you have to apply the sunscreen every 2-3 hours.
let me know your results in a while.

if u want a quick way.....go to skin clinic, ask the doctor to give u're neck a peeling procedure....many woman in my country do this, n ask for whitening night cream specially formulated for neck (doctors in skin clinic usually differ cream for face n neck becoz neck is more sensitive than face)....I think that method gives quite quick result....n also like sweety said....use sunscreen with high spf....

For a dark neck use 1tbs of cold milk and equal amount of fresh lemon juice mix together and apply leave for 15mins do it everyday you will see results.
There is another pack if you want to use, clay mask (multani miti) mix with cucumber juice and warm water apply everyday one of my friends have used this and said it works you can use it on your face also.
Tell me how you get on with it. Good luck!!!

No there is nothing like that, dark neck is due to the sun exposure and not keeping it clean. No need to worry about that

As Dpbrown523 has clearly stated via the links, That people need to be clear on posting their symptoms on the Board.

Like I posted on another thread, ... Is it medical? hereditary? environmental? conditions that are causing your symptoms?

We need to know before a solution is even considered.

To me it could be a symptom of diabetes, or it could be just a really dark sun tan...

Just make sure that the solution or remedy that you choose won't aggravate the condition even more.

This is just a general FYI for everyone ... Not pointing any fingers
