acne bumps

Hey every1,

recently i had a huge outbreak on my cheeks but this time they r bumps, theyve been thr for liek 3 weeks now, i dunno wht to do, ive seen my dr. but she just gives me ethyromycin which is way 2 strong. When ever i try to squeeze the bumps hoping i can drain teh spot it just make sit worst. Plz help!!!, I can c that thr r blackheads in teh spots but i dint knw how to remove after i steammy face!!!

I tried the nutmeg and milk one before, and it really does work. It takes a few trys before it works though.

is it nutmeg powder, cud i get that 4rm teh supermarket like adsa or tesco's????

yeah, it will be with all the spices. or you will find whole nutmeg, which you would need to grate.
