wheen i was little my skin was perfect.... but when i turned 13 i started to get acne really bad... and ever since then i still have it... now i am 18 and still have it but its clearing up on its own.... but i am very selfconsuious..... and i wanted to kno if anyone has any ideas on how i can get rid of it fast... my face is also very oily which sucks ...... i have tried a lot of things but nothing has worked out for me.... i have even gone to a dermatoligist.... but the pills she gave me made me depressed soo i just decided to do it natrually but its takin to long for me....

and anyone have any tips on a good foundation to use... i am using a pretty good on right now... the brand is "Always" its for oily skin, it helps protect new break outs and from ur skin gettin dry it is pretty cheat $14 dollars canadian... but i was wondering if anyone new of any over good foundation that doesnt cost that much?

I used to have pretty bad skin and I take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar everyday, and it helped clear up my skin really fast. Also, I've heard garlic pills help clear your skin.

As for foundations, try ones that are mineral based, they usually contain less oils which clog your pores.

I had/have the same problem. My skin was perfectly clear, until I started college when I was almost 19. Ever since my skin has not only been broken out but horribly broken out. I still don't know what to do with my skin

i've heard of many people taking apple cider vinegar.
Does it taste okay, and do you drink it diluted ?
Also, is it affordable and easy to find ?
thankyou,

No, I dont dilute it.
I guess you could though..
You take about 2 or 3 tablespoons everydayy.
It doesnt taste that great.
You can find it at almost any grocery store.(Safeway, superstore, Shoppers drug mart, any health food stores).
There is also apple cider vinegar pills you can take.
Its just in pill form.
