Thumbs up Great Facial Toner

A really good facial toner and inexpensive as well is Apple Cidar Vingar. Try to use 3/4 Apple cider vingar to 1/4 Water. This can be adjusted to your skin type ( good for all skin types), I just splash it on and leave it or you can use a cotton ball and swipe. If the smell bothers you give it a couple of minutes on your face and splash off with cool water.

The tip I found on this site for using basil juice (boiling basil leaves in water and using the liquid for acne) is excellent for use as an all over toner too-it reduces redness and calms the skin (well, it does for mine anyway). I started using it every day, and you can use your moisturizer and/or makeup over it too. (I tried diluted apple cider vinegar before but found it was too strong for me -_-)
