Hi, around my eyes (on the lids and just below the bottom eyelashes) I have some really dry skin. - It's all flaky and frankly horrible.
Are there any creams or something I could use to help this, because I can't seem to find anything that helps the problem. I think the problem first came about because of my slight overuse of concealer but not using it (or using less) doesn't seem to help, so I'm not sure.Any contributions would be greatly appreciated!! xxxx |

hey
I have the problem!!! I would reccomend using superdrug Vit E eye gel as it helps to provide moisture to that delicate eye area. I even use it on my eye lid too. It only cost around 2.20 pounds so its pretty cheap |

Use a moisturising cream that is espeicially designed for the delicate area around the eye. Any try putting cucumber over the eyes - it doesn't reallly help will bags (as people say it does), but it can be soothing for the eye anyway.

I second the jojoba oil. Also Emu oil, grapeseed oil. Clear aloe vera gel mixed with a drop or two of oil works wonders. It's also safe enough to use on your eyelids. Most of the commercial products are full of chemicals and the ones that aren't , are difficult to find without ordering online.
Also, your concealor probably had silicone in it. Silicone will seal the area and not allow any good moisture in and when you remove it, you will have dry areas. |

Yep, the concealer has many 'cones in it... I need a new one anyway... it's quite old when I think about it which can't help matters.
