I'm having a problem with my nose. It always seems so 'pokey'. Even my beautician commented on it. I clean my face every night with a cleanser lotion & sometimes I steam my face in the morning. Still my nose remains 'poky' with a kind of white thing coming out if I squeeze it really hard. My chin is 'pokey' too though not as bad as my nose. Any idea what this is (maybe whiteheads) & what can I do to get rid of it.
Hoping for some insightful replies. ![]() |

Does this mean you are getting whiteheads?? are there any blackheads also? Maybe you shall try some skin peeling stuff.

first, you have to confirm if it is whiteheads. you can see a derm.
if you do have whiteeheads, try these: make a paste of roasted and powdered pomgranate skin with fresh lime juice. apply on whiteheads, but it also helps pimples, blackheads and boils or apply a paste of fresh fenugreek leave in water over the face every night and wash off with warm water in the morning for whiteheads. it also helps in preventing pimples, blackheads, dryness and wrinkles |

use walnut and apricot scrubs once a week, put a hot towel over your nose to soften the whiteheads and gently rub them out using sterlized tweezers. Don't press too hard though or you might end up getting a nasty boil there.

A gentle exfoliating cleanser helped my skin work out impurities. I recommend Obagi's exfo derm cleanser because it worked very well for me, but any scrub/cleanser that has microbeads would do.
