I've been using Crest Whitestips for 2 years. I started with the basic ones, but as they have improved, I've started using the Premium ones. I defintely notice a difference. Also, I brush with Crest Whitening Expressions, which I think helps keep my teeth white. I have actually gotten compliments on how white my smile is!

I recently purchased Crest Whitestrips Premium. My teeth were pretty yellow (heredity, and plus i smoked) so once i got my braces off i started using them. Just as the package started to be almost gone, i was really starting to notice a difference. And like Blackbird i also brush with the whitening expressions toothpaste.

But, be careful. A few people have sensitive gums, and experienced burning and swelling and other nasty side effects. If when you put the strips on, you feel burning or tingling, take them off immediatly and go rinse your mouth out with warm water.

well, this might sound extremely gross, but I nor my brother set a good example for brushing (because we don't) I am trying to get on a daily routine, but it's just so hard because of my asthma, it seems if I am rushing around, brushing my teeth, washing my face, showering or whatever, that I get out of breath and my back starts hurting for some odd reason...

I looked in the toothpaste drawer but all we really have is colgate...
plus, one of the reasons I don't really brush my teeth is because, sometimes when I do, my gums start bleeding and I start flipping out about it..

I'm like "why in the hell is this happening?!"
my mom says because I have sensitive gums, but I am not really sure...

your gums should adjust to regular brushing. You might also want to use a mouthwash like Listerine that says it kills germs that cause gingivitis.

LOL!
I went to go read the bottle. It's what I use, but I couldn't remember how to spell gingivitis!

I use them too, in conjunction with the whitening toothpaste, and it does really work.

Just 2 of my teeth were sensitive to it, so I just increased my daily intake of Vitamin C, and it slightly reduced the sensitivity.
