Default Natural Cleanser, Natural Toner?

Does anyone have recipes for natural cleansers or natural toners? I have sensitive skin. I also have problems with acne so I am reluctant to use oil since my dermintologist told me to never use oil.
I have heard that green tea is a good toner. What do you think?

Vinegar is a good toner.... i hear apple cider vinegar is a good one too... but when i tried it, i got some white heads... so i guess it depends on skin type... although it made me glow lol

I've used an apple cider vinegar toner before. I didn't measure exact, but I'd say probably a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to a cup of water is about what I used.

I used green tea as a toner today....so we'll see if it causes me an allergic reaction or something tomorrow.
It felt really good though.
I first cleansed with my Kirkland by Borghese Pure Moisturizing Cleanser, then used the toner, then used baby oil to take off my eye makeup because I don't feel comfortable taking off my eye makeup with my cleanser, then used the toner on my eyes (being careful not to get any in my eyes), then used Suave Moisture Lotion, and then, last but not least, used my Tazorac cream for my acne and took my antibotic for my acne.

I am happy to say that I have stopped paying for high priced -well marketed- skin care products .

Well, I use products for my face from Asla Vital specially for my sensitive skin.
What made me wanted to try it is the fact that it contains clay, known for its properties and vitamin A. What made me keep it is the fact that makes my face softer, cleaner (due to calendula) and enlightens my face .

You should try : http://rogerovital.com/roger/product...products_id=44
and http://rogerovital.com/roger/product...products_id=45

I'm sure you'll like. I use them and there are wonderful.
Good luck!

I think Witch Hazel and Rose water might both be good .

I like the Eminence Organic Skin Care line. I have sensitive skin too and the Lemon cleanser works well for me and doesn't irritate my skin. You can find it here: http://www.dermstore.com/profile.php?attributes=500221

The rose water was a bit harsh for me, but I've found Orange Blossom water to be heaven as a toner. I have sensitive skin also.

The only oil known to bother or aggravate acne, is coconut oil. All others can be used as cleansers. Especially good if you steam your face before removing the oil. A warm cloth removes the oil and then I use the orange blossom water on a make-up remover pad as toner.

Grapeseed Oil
Emu Oil
Jojoba Oil

All good oils for skin cleansing, even with acne.

If using oil as a moisturizer, jojoba is the closest one to our own natural sebum.

Apple cider vinegar is good. The ratio should be 1:3 with water. Its good for drinking too as it detoxes your body. make sure it doesnt have preservatives. You might find one from a health shop. Bragg is a good brand.
