SoonerOrLater is on a distinguished road
Default Need a gentle cleanser for husband

My husband has sleep apnea and wears this funny mask contraption to bed each night. He has to wash his face with a gentle cleanser beforehand so the mask doesn't slide around during the night. He was using Cetaphil but I won't buy that product any longer as Galderma Labs are not cruelty-free. So I'm trying to find a good cleansing product that is not drying, but leaves no residue. He also has a couple small patches of eczema in his beard that could use the right product as well.

Any suggestions? Remember...only cruelty-free.

Thanks!

Try some of the products for men from the Body shop or Lush.

I used to have a problem with eczema too. I tried Cetaphil for a while also. It worked ok, but it left a greasy type of residue on my skin.

I've tried lots of other products that are made for sensitive skin through the years. California Baby Super Sensitive cleanser is the best I've tried. It's a three-in-one product. You can use it as shampoo, bodywash and a facial cleanser. It got rid of my eczema. It's really gentle. It's cruelty-free too.
It doesn't contain any fragrance, dyes or sodium lauryl sulfate. A lot of products have sodium lauryl sufate, which is very drying for skin, because it strips away all the natural oils.
