I was reading some of the old threads and posts and discovered the Oil Cleansing Method. I have used it twice now. I am being a little careful with the Castor because I have really sensitive, dry skin.
I really love the OCM. For the first time my face is Not dry and stinging after cleansing. for oils I am using: 1/2 EVOO 1/4 Grape seed 1/4 Jojobo with a couple of vit E capsules all mixed in a little bottle. I am just going to add the castor a couple times of week. So, to get to my question,, lol,, I was just wondering if anyone who does this method has ever tried warming the oils first before applying? I wonder if it would help or make any difference? Thanks all in advance in for your input. I don't know if warming would have any negative effect on the oils, I wouldn't think so.
I've only tried the OCM 2 or 3 times.
