Default Does a little bit of coffee stain teeth?

I've read a lot that coffee stains teeth, but how much coffee does it take for it to really do some damage to your teeth? I drink occasionally, once a week, and I don't want to get nasty stains. I'll stop if I find out it really will damage them. So, should I stop drinking once a week, or will I be okay? I brush twice a day, that should be so useful information.

lol once a week cant possibly do any damage at all!! i have to drink a cup of coffee every morning other wise i cant funtion properly! i have white teeth but this might be because of a whitening toothpaste i use??... proberly the whitening toothpaste actually removes stains so ur teeth will be stain free but it will not lighten the natural colour of ur teeth.

Coffee beans have a dark brown color that sinks into teeth. The brown stain causes teeth to darken but it's most noticed on the upper front teeth of coffee drinkers.
It's best to drink coffee over a short period of time and then rinse with a glass of water. yeah, you can also try dental whitening, or whitening toothpaste, or crests white strips

I really don't think once a week will stain your teeth, but when you do drink coffee.. Always, brush your teeth afterwards, that will help your teeth stay stain free =]

Browning of the teeth usually happens after years of coffee drinking. That being said, brush your teeth or at the very least rinse your mouth out after drinking.

that about of coffee should be no problem, a Denist told me just Gargle with a good mouth wash and really swish it around you mouth. I have never had a problem.
