Here is some sweet beauty. Polish women apply honey to their faces as an intensive moisturizer. Just a thin layer does the trick. This sweet, golden goo's firming and moisture-retaining properties make it popular with the older ladies as well, while also helping to protect the skin from the damage of UV rays. Honey is great 4 the skin,but what I have been told to do is eat a teaspoon of all natural honey a day. I have also been taking a small teaspoon of good olive oil a day. Beauty starts on the inside,Just a tip 4 all
